Strativ Group in Madrid is seeking a Senior/Lead Embedded Systems Engineer to join as the first member of the R&D; team. You will own the architectural vision and lifecycle for flight firmware and EGSE software, spanning from bare-metal to RTOS-based embedded systems.
You will lead the architecture design, implementation, and continuous improvement of highly reliable, fault-tolerant solutions, working across software and hardware boundaries and solving complex system-level challenges.
