Operating in a complex and highly regulated environment, the company is currently seeking a Integral Strategy& Portfolio Manager to join its team in Barcelona. Job description: - What you will do Define the company's long-term strategic direction in collaboration with the Company management Lead annual and multi-year strategic planning cycles, ensuring alignment across business units and functions. - Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, competitive dynamics and potential growth opportunities. - Develop business scenarios, risk assessments and mitigation plans to support executive decision-making. - Lead strategic transformation initiatives in response to changing market conditions. - Monitor the progress, KPIs and business impact of key strategic projects. - Oversee the company's portfolio of strategic projects, programmes and investments. - Ensure portfolio decisions remain aligned with the organization's strategic priorities and value-creation objectives. - Lead and coordinate the analysis and selection of current and future portfolio opportunities.



- Coordinate the preparation of robust forecasts and business cases for strategic projects, investments and potential growth opportunities. - Assess financial impact, strategic fit, risks and resource requirements. - Work closely with the senior leaders across the organization. - Prepare high-quality presentations, business cases and strategic analyses for executive-level decision-making. - Represent the function in senior leadership meetings when required. - Coordinate inputs from Finance, Operations, Business Development, Innovation and Commercial teams. - Provide clear reporting on strategy execution and portfolio performance to internal and, when necessary, external stakeholders. Requirements: Experience - Minimum 10 years' experience in Business and Strategy Consulting. - Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly recommended. - Demonstrated experience in managing projects, preparing presentations and in-depth analysis in Excel. Education - Degree in Business, Engineering or Scientific background. Languages Fluent English. Tools - Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point.
