As a Payroll Consultant for SD Worx Iberia, you will support clients in executing and optimising payroll processes while advancing your own technical and career development. You will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with local and international clients to ensure accurate payroll execution and compliant labour practices. You’ll analyse movements, handle payroll calculations, and advise on labour procedures, shaping efficient HR processes. This role offers growth within a values-driven, diverse team and the chance to work with modern payroll tools in a European-wide network.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manage personnel movements (registrations, modifications, incidents, cancellations)
• Perform payroll calculation and liaise with official bodies
• Provide support and guidance on labour procedures
• Manage client relationships at local level and monitor activity for international clients
Responsabilidades
• 4+ years of payroll management and labour law experience
• Strong interest in HR, payroll management and employment legislation
• Experience with Integrho payroll engine is a strong advantage
• Solid analytical skills and comfort with digital tools
• Eagerness to learn with a customer-oriented mindset and high attention to detail
• Assertiveness and strong communication skills
• Problem-solving ability, positive attitude, team spirit and a proactive personality
• Fluency in Spanish and English
