Experteer Overview
In this role you ensure the stable operation of Finance and Procurement systems within team.blue, with a focus on billing, payroll, Coupa integrations, and data migration. You’ll manage BAU service delivery and act as an escalation point for incidents, while coordinating with Finance, HR, Procurement, IT and Audit. You will drive data quality, automation, and AI-enabled improvements to reduce risk and manual work. This position offers a chance to shape finance systems across a multi-brand, European business.

• Maintain day-to-day operational stability of Finance and Procurement systems
• Support billing, payroll, and Coupa integrations into NetSuite
• Plan and execute data migrations, reconciliations, and automation
• Operate a structured BAU Service Management model (intake, Jira, prioritization)
• Act as escalation point for critical incidents and data failures
• Ensure audit readiness, controls, and operational documentation




• Coordinate with Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, and Audit
• Provide operational KPIs and reporting to leadership

Responsabilidades
• Experience in large integral transformation programmes for finance or operations with ERP exposure
• Solid understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and SOX across multiple jurisdictions
• Proven experience implementing or optimizing NetSuite OneWorld or comparable ERP for complex global companies
• Ability to tackle complex accounting scenarios and align with Business users to deliver solutions
• Cross-functional collaboration to optimize end-to-end NetSuite operations
• Bachelor in Accounting (or related field)
• Analytical mindset with data analysis and problem solving
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
