The-Rec-Hub is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to support a high-growth general consumer technology business in Madrid. This fixed-term 12-month contract sits within our delivery team, embedded with the client, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape leadership in non-tech areas.
You will own end-to-end hiring across Sales, Marketing, Finance and People, map talent, build pipelines, manage stakeholders, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience over the next 12 months.
