subscription/unsubscription processes )Comfortable with edge cases such as org-levelsuppression list configuration, triggered send failures, automation failures and AMPscript errorsTroubleshoot technical issuesandprovide technical supportto functional usersWorking knowledge ofSQL, AMPscript and/or Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) ; basic understanding ofHTML, CSS , and responsive email designExperiencetroubleshooting xkdbapo email and SMS delivery issuesSalesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or Administrator certification (or equivalent) certifications are preferredResponsibilities includeplatform maintenance and monitoring and small-scale optimizations, consumption reports, data and contact management, bulk contact deletion, audits/compliance, user access control, incident resolution, troubleshooting, decommission of unused components, and bug fixing for existing SFMC solutions.Languages: Spanish & English
