Experteer Overview In this Engineering Manager role you shape the core cloud foundations that power N26’s self-service platform. You lead a team of engineers focused on cloud architecture, multi-account AWS management, and secure, automated infrastructure. You drive the long-term platform roadmap and ensure scalability, resilience, and security across the developer experience. You collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Security to align priorities and promote platform adoption, delivering developer-centric platform products at scale. Compensaciones / Incentivos • Define and execute the Cloud Foundations roadmap to transform cloud capabilities into self-service, developer-friendly products • Empower engineering teams to autonomously provision infrastructure, manage secrets, and deploy workloads via APIs, tooling, and guardrails • Oversee core platform capabilities (AWS management, Account Vending Machine, Access Management, Organisation setup u0026 Cloud Baseline), IaC (Terraform), and Privileged Access Platform • Lead, coach and retain a high-performing team of cloud architecture, infrastructure,
