Experteer Overview
In this role you will design and maintain scalable data pipelines and models to support advanced analytics, build executive dashboards, and enforce data governance. You’ll partner with non-technical teams to define KPIs and translate questions into technical solutions, while mentoring junior engineers. You’ll work within a data-driven culture to deliver trusted insights at scale in a remote, global context. This position offers impact across strategy, operations, and analytics with opportunities to shape the data platform and reporting at Cint.

• Develop dashboards and reporting tools for executives and analysts
• Establish data documentation, metadata management, and data quality practices
• Audit and optimize SQL queries and dashboard performance for large datasets
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and translate business questions into technical requirements
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on data modeling and visualization practices

Responsabilidades




• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
• 5+ years of experience in BI engineering, data engineering, or similar analytical role
• Experience integrating data from multiple systems into unified, high-integrity data models in a modern data warehouse
• Deep experience with data warehousing and cloud data warehouses (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery)
• Strong data modeling knowledge (Star/Snowflake) and familiarity with dbt
• Expert-level SQL (complex joins, window functions, performance tuning)
• Deep expertise in at least one BI platform (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Sigma)
• Knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience working in integral and remote teams
• Experience in the ResTech industry
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning concepts
