About the role
We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with a bold, contemporary visual sensibility and a strong interest in branding.
This is a hands-on role combining day-to-day design execution, adaptations and more creative branding work. You’ll work closely with a Senior Designer, receiving guidance and feedback while developing your skills and contributing to a wide range of projects.
We’re looking for someone who goes beyond simply adapting existing assets — someone with a strong visual point of view, excellent typographic instincts and the curiosity to explore expressive, culturally relevant design. This is a great opportunity for a junior designer who wants to build their craft in a collaborative creative environment and gain experience working across brands and formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and adapt visual assets across different formats, channels and platforms.
- Support the development of brand identities and visual systems.
- Execute day-to-day design requests while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.




- Develop creative concepts and visual solutions under the guidance of a Senior Designer.
- Work with typography, layout, composition and imagery to create engaging and contemporary designs.
- Contribute to presentations, moodboards and creative explorations.
- Adapt existing campaigns and assets while ensuring a high level of attention to detail.
- Collaborate with Senior Designers, Creative Directors and other members of the creative team.
- Explore references, trends and cultural inspiration to bring fresh ideas to the work.
- Experiment with AI image-generation tools and other emerging creative technologies.
- Take feedback positively and use it to continuously improve the quality of your work.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally within an agency, studio or creative environment.
- A strong and distinctive portfolio demonstrating creativity, visual sensibility and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, layout and visual hierarchy.
- Genuine interest in branding and visual identity.
- Ability to create expressive, contemporary and culturally relevant design, not only adaptations.
- Proficiency in Figma is required.




- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Experience with AI image-generation tools is highly valued.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Curious, proactive and eager to learn and develop your creative skills.
- Comfortable working under the guidance of a senior designer and receiving constructive feedback.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- A strong interest in current design, culture, visual trends and emerging creative tools.
