Job Description – Teacher

Role Mission:

The Teacher is responsible for delivering lessons and applying the MyES method, ensuring a

high-quality learning experience for students. In addition to teaching activities, the Teacher

actively contributes to customer care through individual student follow-ups and supports

the achievement of the quality objectives of the company-owned school.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

● Deliver individual and group lessons according to the MyES method.

● Adapt lessons to students’ needs while maintaining consistency with the learning path.

● Use teaching materials and tools provided by the company.

● Write follow-up reports after lessons, providing timely feedback and improvement

suggestions to students.

● Support students in setting realistic and measurable learning goals.

● Collaborate with the academic and customer care teams to monitor student progress.

● Ensure a high standard of teaching quality and student satisfaction.

● Contribute to achieving the quality objectives defined by management (NPS, retention,

attendance).

● Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to keep skills up to date.

● Communicate with colleagues and branch managers to coordinate student learning

paths.

● Report any student issues or support needs.

● Participate in extracurricular school activities (open days, events).

● Student perceived quality (feedback, NPS).

● Number and quality of completed follow-ups.





● Measurable student progress throughout the learning journey.

● Participation in internal training sessions and meetings.

Required Skills:

Hard skills:

● Degree or certifications in languages, teaching, or a related field.

● Excellent command of English (C1 level or higher).

● Experience teaching English to adult learners (preferred).

● Knowledge of innovative teaching methodologies and communicative approaches.

● Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback.

Soft skills:

● Empathy and student-oriented mindset.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Attention to detail and service quality.

● Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

● Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments.

Requirements

● Degree or equivalent qualification in languages, teaching, or related fields.

● TEFL, CELTA, or similar certifications (preferred).

● Knowledge of and willingness to apply the MyES method.

● Availability to work shifts (morning, afternoon, evening).

● Basic knowledge of digital teaching tools.

Indicative Compensation

+B2 SPANISH
