Your skills

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar onsite IT support role.
- B2 level of English.
- Experience supporting video conferencing systems and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR).
- Knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and microcomputing.
- Experience supporting mobile devices and basic Mac environments.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving computer incidents onsite.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow (SNOW), ticket management, and IT inventory/stock control.
- Strong communication, customer service, professional presence, and interpersonal skills.

Your tasks

- Provide onsite IT support to end users, resolving hardware, software, network, and computer-related incidents.

- Support and troubleshoot video conferencing systems and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR).

- Provide support for mobile devices, microcomputing equipment, hardware, software, and basic Mac environments.





- Diagnose and resolve technical issues onsite while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.

- Update and manage tickets in ServiceNow (SNOW), ensuring accurate and timely documentation.

- Perform stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records of IT equipment.

- Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including equipment preparation, deployment, and collection.

- Communicate effectively with users and provide support with good manners and professional presence.
