About The Role & Team

The Senior Project Manager, Business Integration is responsible for leading the post-acquisition integration of newly acquired businesses into SITA for Aircraft. The role translates acquisition strategy and integration objectives into a structured, executable programme that protects business continuity, accelerates value realisation and establishes a sustainable end-state operating model.





This is a senior delivery role requiring proven M&A; integration experience in a technology, software, SaaS, telecommunications or digital services environment. The successful candidate will work across the acquired business and SITA functions to integrate people, products, processes, commercial activities and operations while maintaining customer and employee focus throughout the transition.

As a key leader in the business integration and transformation space, you will coordinate cross-functional workstreams, establish robust governance, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure integration outcomes are delivered with pace, transparency and measurable business value.
