We're looking for an FP&A; Lead to join our Strategic Finance team in Madrid and play a key role in driving financial performance, strengthening financial control and supporting strategic and corporate finance initiatives that enable Seedtag's continued global growth.

Your Challenge
As our new FP&A; Lead, you will become a trusted finance partner to the CFO, Leadership Team and business leaders, helping drive financial performance, strengthen financial control, and support strategic planning and corporate finance activities across the company.
You will:
Deliver executive reporting and financial insights for the CEO, Leadership Team, Board and shareholders.
Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes across the business, ensuring robust financial planning and control.
Own Balance Sheet, Working Capital and Cash Flow analysis, ensuring strong financial visibility.
Drive financial performance and cost control by monitoring P&L; across products, regions, business units and central functions.
Build financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives, investments and long-term planning.
