In this role you will:
The global Learning and Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-wide learning strategies that build future-ready capabilities across regions. This role drives innovation in learning, ensures consistency in global standards, and fosters a culture of continuous development through strategic partnerships, data-driven insights, and learning technologies.
Key elements to this role include, but not limited to:
- Lead the implementation of the learning strategy aligned with organisational goals.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning and development programmes.
- Partner with regional and functional leaders to tailor learning solutions to local needs
- Collaborate with HR, Talent, and Centers
