The Role
The Product Owner role for the Front-End will be working directly with the Front-End onboarding and retention teams to ensure that the product is evolving in line with the vision and company OKRs.

This role will also drive alignment across the Framework, Retention roadmap and CMS roadmaps to ensure delivery of product of the highest quality for both player and operator usability.

Focused on driving the KPIs that are important to our client, we are looking for a detail-oriented, technically savvy product professional who has a firm grasp on how to deliver a great product to satisfy both operators and players needs. The adecuado candidate will be both analytical and creative in equal measure with the capability to identify areas of improvement and new product innovations with the ability to communicate the justification and gain approval from senior stakeholders

development, and optimization of gamified features that enhance user engagement, motivation, and retention across our digital platforms. As a key member of the product team, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of gamification initiatives, translating business goals into compelling user experiences through game mechanics, behavioral psychology, and user feedback.

Overall ownership of the Product Roadmaps, including prioritisation, delivery time and communication of deliverables to key stakeholders.
Ensuring that all product developments have sufficient, detailed product requirement documents, functional specification and the best UX/UI possible.
Define and drive the gamification product strategy aligned with business and user engagement objectives.
Reviewing peers’ product requirements and documentation
Working with senior management to create product plans and
