We are looking for an Area Manager for the El Corte Inglés Shop-in-Shop division in Southern Spain, who will be responsible for leading the business, developing sales teams, and ensuring operational excellence across the points of sale under their responsibility.
Permanent contract.
Full-time position (40 hours per week).
Role based in Southern Spain Málaga.
Availability to travel regularly throughout the assigned region.
Expected start date: September 2026.




We are looking for a results-driven professional with strong leadership capabilities and proven experience managing multi-site retail operations, ideally within premium or luxury environments. The idóneo candidate will have a successful track record of managing complex business areas with significant turnover, combined with a strong focus on people development and the achievement of commercial objectives.
The position will have direct responsibility for a network of 17 El Corte Inglés Shop-in-Shop locations across Southern Spain and the Canary Islands, including Seville (Nervión and Duque), Córdoba, Granada, Murcia, Málaga, Marbella, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, and Tenerife, as well as additional points of sale without dedicated on-site teams, such as Algeciras and Cartagena, among others.
