An Architectural Technologist is responsible for translating design concepts into detailed technical solutions, ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest standards of constructability, performance and compliance.They demonstrate strong technical knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and building regulations, with proficiency in BIM and digital design tools.They report to the Senior Architect/Architectural Technologist and/or Associate to develop and coordinate technical drawings and specifications, resolve design and detailing challenges and support the delivery of projects through all stages. They will work on a project team and mentor junior employees, ensuring coordination of information from the Design Team and other project consultants. They are responsible for meeting project deliverables and reporting issues to their manager.Location:



Works four days in the office or on site as per Company policy.Experience
An Architectural Technologist has experience working across a range of project stages. They have achieved successful outcomes in projects they have worked on. They have a developing knowledge of regulatory compliance for designing buildings. They have demonstrated a consistently good level of design, skill and technical capability.Technical design, documentation and detailing nstruction knowledge, regulatory compliance and building performance.BIM and digital design tool ordination with multidisciplinary teams.Quality assurance and buildability understanding.Qualifications/SkillsBachelor or higher degree of Architecture, Architectural Technology or industry related equivalent.Circa 3 – 5 years of post-qualified experience.Familiar with current Building Planning Regulations and the application of these and similar variations internationally.Roles and Responsibilitie
