Role Description
The Freelance Motion Graphic Designer at MatchMusic will create original motion graphics and visual assets for music-related video content, including promotional videos, lyric videos, social media clips, and branded animations. This full-time, on-site role in Madrid involves collaborating closely with producers, editors, and the creative team to interpret briefs, develop storyboards, and translate concepts into high-quality visual executions. The designer will manage the end-to-end motion design process, from initial ideation and asset creation to animation, revisions, and final delivery, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and project objectives. Daily responsibilities include preparing files for video production, optimizing graphics for multiple platforms, and meeting deadlines across simultaneous projects while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Motion Design and Motion Graphics skills for creating engaging animated content.
- Candidates should possess experience in Video Production,



including understanding of timing, transitions, and integration of audio with visual elements.
- Candidates should possess Graphic Design and Graphics skills to develop compelling visual assets, layouts, and typography.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software).
- Candidates should possess a solid portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and design work, preferably in music, entertainment, or related fields.
