The Project

Bonmont Resort is a new international destination currently in pre-opening phase in Tarragona, Spain. The project will combine a premium hotel, an international golf offering and complementary facilities, with a clear focus on international guests and the premium leisure market. The opening is planned for 2027.

The Role

We are looking for the founding Director of Sales & Marketing to position and launch Bonmont Resort in selected international markets ahead of the 2027 opening. The role will turn the concept of Bonmont into a compelling market proposition, generate demand before opening and build a commercial platform across the hotel, golf and complementary facilities.

What you will do
- Develop the positioning, value proposition and commercial narrative for Bonmont Resort.
- Build and execute the sales, marketing, distribution, communications and pre-opening launch plans.
- Identify priority source markets, customer segments, channels and commercial opportunities.
- Develop the MICE and groups strategy, alongside leisure, luxury travel and golf-related opportunities.




- Build relationships with key accounts, luxury travel advisors, tour operators, golf partners, consortia and other international partners.
- Create a coordinated commercial approach across the hotel, golf and complementary facilities.
- Build the sales and marketing organisation, capabilities, budgets, targets and ways of working.
- Lead pre-opening demand generation, pipeline development, contracting and market activation.
- Establish the commercial reporting framework, forecast process and KPIs required to measure progress.
- Represent Bonmont Resort with industry partners, media, travel networks and international market stakeholders.
