We are looking for an
engineer to support functional
process optimisation
within one of our international projects.

Main Responsibilities
- Component delivery management
— Ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of all components to assigned MRO organisations and customers, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines and operational standards.
- Technical solution development
— Design, enhance, and redefine technical solutions and tools to optimise component repair processes.
- Regulatory compliance
— Ensure that workshop processes comply with applicable regulations and established quality standards.
- Workshop production planning
— Strengthen production planning across workshops,



including resource sizing and identification of staff training needs.
- Cost reduction and continuous improvement
— Develop strategies to reduce variable costs, define internal and external quality metrics, create operational policies, and optimise workshop capability lists alongside business improvement projects.

Requirements
- Degree in Aeronautical, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
- English level
C1 or equivalent.
- Desirable experience in aircraft maintenance or
MRO environments.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and continuous improvement orientation.
