We are looking for a Senior SAP Customer Experience Consultant to lead and deliver SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud transformation projects for international clients. The role combines business consulting, solution design, stakeholder management, and hands-on SAP CX implementation expertise.

Description

Reporting to the SAP Customer Experience leadership team, the selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading SAP Customer Experience implementation and transformation projects.
- Facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, and business process assessments with clients.
- Gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable SAP CX solutions.




- Designing and optimizing end-to-end sales and customer service processes.
- Configuring and implementing SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud solutions.
- Supporting integration scenarios between SAP and third-party applications.
- Collaborating with project managers, architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Acting as a trusted advisor throughout the customer transformation journey.
- Supporting presales activities, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.
- Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to the growth of the SAP CX practice.
- Ensuring project delivery quality, client satisfaction, and business value realization.

Profile

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Customer Experience, SAP CRM, or related consulting roles.
