Your Role at Weekendesk?

As a Sales Project Intern, you’ll be the trusted advisor for our clients who choose to gift our unique travel experiences. Through phone and email, you’ll be their go-to source of information, ensuring their reservations go smoothly and they have the time of their lives

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Providing attentive and personalized assistance to our clients.
- Managing reservations, and addressing client needs and inquiries.
- Upselling and cross-selling our products to enhance the client's experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Handling complaints.
- Use call center tools, such as CRM software,



to record and manage customer interactions.
