Your main purpose:
- Concept & Architectural Design Development
: Support the creation of architectural concepts during Stages 1–3, assist in feasibility studies, site analysis, master planning exercises, and massing studies,



and contribute to hospitality planning strategies for guestrooms, public spaces, wellness, F&B;, and back-of-house areas.
- Develop conceptual layouts, diagrams, presentations, and architectural narratives, and support the definition of circulation strategies, spatial experiences, and design concepts aligned with project objectives.
- Research & Benchmarking
: Research hospitality trends, architectural innovations, luxury benchmarks, and emerging design approaches, analyze competitor projects and international hospitality references to support product differentiation, and contribute to sustainability and wellness-focused design initiatives where applicable.
- Design Documentation & Presentation
: Prepare concept presentations, layouts, diagrams, sketches, and visual architectural documentation, support internal and external presentations to leadership teams and stakeholders, and ensure all creative outputs align with company brand standards and
