Role Description
The Human Resources Specialist at AeterEdge is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding. In this role, the specialist coordinates recruitment activities, prepares and posts job openings, screens applications, and schedules interviews in collaboration with hiring managers. The specialist administers employee benefits, maintains HR records, and ensures accurate documentation and data integrity in HR systems. Day-to-day tasks include responding to employee inquiries, supporting performance management processes, assisting with payroll-related HR updates, and helping to resolve workplace concerns in a fair and confidential manner. The specialist also contributes to HR policy implementation, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement of HR processes to support a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) practices, including exposure to core HR functions and workflows.
- Demonstrated experience with HR Management,



such as supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance processes, or employee relations.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance requirements, with the ability to apply them consistently and clearly.
- Experience administering Employee Benefits, including enrollment support, changes, and employee communication.
- Skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate employee records and supporting managers with HR-related needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency with HRIS or HR software and common office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, collaboration platforms).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
