Join our Sales Team as Inside Sales Manager Bioprocessing (m/f)
The Inside Sales Manager Bioprocessing will be responsible for driving revenue growth through a combination of account management, opportunity and pipeline development, lead qualification and nurturing and digital-first commercial execution. The role combines strategic account ownership with proactive inside sales activities, leveraging data and digital tools and AI-enabled processes to optimize the customer journey and improve commercial effectiveness.

The Role & Your Impact
- Account Management & Revenue Growth
- Own and develop a portfolio of accounts to drive revenue growth, profitability and long-term business development for assigned industry accounts across the Europe region.
- Manage forecasting, pricing activities, contract renewals and pipeline progression.
- Identify and nurture new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
- Lead qualification and management
- Qualify, nurture and drive opportunities through the full sales cycle,



from initial qualification to commercial implementation
- Leverage industry events, exhibitions and market research activities to generate/ strengthen leads pipeline.
- Drive continuous improvement of lead qualification processes and leverage digital tools and AI-powered solutions to optimize workflows.
- Collaboration & Cross Functional Alignment
- Work closely with Marketing, Technical Service, Regional Inside Sales, Strategy Deployment, and Commercial transformation teams to co create and execute Inside Sales plays and digital campaigns.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure efficient execution of commercial activities and growth initiatives.
- Digital capability strengthening
- Adopting digital tools and services (Salesforce, Chatbots, Marketplace etc.) for remote sales and service differentiation
