What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Test Data Management Specialist across the project of the client from the banking sector.
Main tasks and accountabilities will be:
- Design, extract, transform, and provision test data sets for UAT, TST50, TST60, UAT10 and other test environments.
- Guarantee referential integrity of test data across interconnected systems.
- Develop and manage reusable synthetic and masked datasets representing real-world client scenarios (onboarding, advising, compliance checks, transaction flows).
- Coordinate with IDMC and Test Data Management teams on environment refresh activities and data population plans.
- Support automation of test data provisioning using scripting (SQL, Python, Shell) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Docker, Git).
- Maintain a central inventory of test datasets and associated metadata.
- Act as a point of contact for testers and Product Owners regarding test data, test users, and related constraints.
What UST expects from you?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Test Data Management, preferably within financial services or highly regulated environments.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with data masking tools and technologies (e.g., Delphix, Informatica) is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of Software Delivery Lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Familiarity with test phases
