We are looking for a
Functional Project Manager specialised in AFS Heavy Maintenance
structural engineering projects.

The selected candidate will provide direct support to AFS HM Engineering activities, contributing to technical resolution, structural analysis, and coordination with heavy maintenance teams.

Main Responsibilities
- Heavy Maintenance Engineering support
— Provide technical support to Heavy Maintenance activities, ensuring correct interpretation and application of structural data.
- Structural analysis
— Assess damage, repairs, and discrepancies in A32X/A33X/A35X aircraft structures, proposing safe and efficient technical solutions.
- Industrial process management
— Apply knowledge of industrial processes and plant operations to improve efficiency in structural maintenance tasks.
- ERP interaction
— Participate in ERP‑related processes and technical consulting,



ensuring proper traceability and documentation of repairs.
- Cross‑functional collaboration
— Work closely with production, engineering, quality, and planning teams to ensure proper execution of structural tasks.
- Technical communication
— Prepare clear technical reports, analyses, and documentation to support operations and decision‑making.

Requirements
- Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
- English level
B2–C1

- Minimum
5 years of experience
in AFS structural engineering.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving orientation.

Desired Competencies
- Knowledge of
MRO processes
and heavy maintenance environments.
- Familiarity with
ERP systems
applied to aircraft maintenance.
- Experience in
damage assessment
