Marketing Trainee
to join our team for a

Your Role
As a
Marketing Trainee
, you will support the Marketing department in the execution of marketing and communication initiatives, contributing to positioning The Ritz-Carlton Abama as a leading luxury hospitality destination. You will have the opportunity to learn from industry professionals while participating in projects aimed at promoting the resort,
enhancing the guest experience, and strengthening our brand image.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the planning and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Assisting in the creation and adaptation of content for social media, websites, newsletters, and other communication channels.
- Providing support in updating and maintaining promotional and marketing materials.
- Monitoring market trends, competitors, and best practices within the hospitality and tourism industry.
- Assisting in the coordination of photo shoots, video productions, and promotional activities within the resort.
- Supporting the organization and management of events, brand activations, and guest experiences.
- Preparing basic reports and collecting metrics related to marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Maintaining up-to-date departmental databases and documentation.
- Coordinating with other departments
