We are looking for a
Project Manager with experience in ERP processes (SAP
) and consulting.

The main objective of the role is to become the
Super Key User
for Component Production processes, leading the transition from one ERP system to another.

Main Responsibilities
- Production process knowledge
— Acquire a full understanding of all component production processes across workshops and of the current SAP ERP system.
- Process redesign in the new ERP
— Develop and redefine existing processes within the new ERP, ensuring a more efficient repair workflow for all components.
- Process documentation
— Prepare the required documentation for current and future processes, ensuring clarity and standardisation.
- Coordination with Production




— Validate and coordinate new solutions and implemented processes with Component Production teams.
- Regulatory compliance
— Ensure that workshop processes comply with applicable regulations and quality standards.
- Production planning
— Strengthen workshop production planning, including resource sizing and identification of staff training needs.

Requirements
- C1 English
or equivalent.
- Knowledge of
industrial process management
and plant operations.
- Experience in
ERP processes and consulting
.
- Valuable: previous experience in
MRO
or
AMOS
.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and continuous improvement orientation.
