Job Description

As an Independent working cook I, you work in accordance with applicable quality and hygiene standards and contribute to the efficient organization of the kitchen.

Duties:

Ingredients are prepared in-house
- Application of basic cooking techniques
- Provide input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the à la carte menu, and methods
- Responsible for inventory and order management
- Technically supervising assistant(s).

Job requirements
- MBO 3 working and thinking level
- demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques

Market-rate salary between € 2,510 and € 3,050 gross per month, depending on experience and in accordance with the Hospitality CLA,
