Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced
Salesforce CRM Functional Trainer & Adoption Consultant
to support business users in the effective adoption of a CRM platform. The role focuses on user training, change management, functional support, and adoption of Sales, Customer Service, and Contract Management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite and remote training sessions to business users.
- Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and documentation.
- Conduct functional demonstrations and hands-on workshops.
- Provide functional support and resolve user queries.
- Drive user adoption and change management initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams.
- Monitor training participation and gather user feedback.




- Report on training progress and adoption outcomes.
