We are building a next-generation social fashion technology platform at the intersection of fashion, AI, social media and commerce.
We are looking for an experienced, highly driven Head of Social Growth & Community to take ownership of how we build awareness, traction and an engaged community around our brand and app.
This is not a traditional Social Media Manager role.
We are looking for someone who understands how to turn attention into community, community into traction and traction into users. Someone who is both strategic and highly hands-on, and who takes responsibility for results—not simply for posting content.
The overall strategic direction is under the startup management team. You will be responsible for turning this into excellent execution, compelling content and measurable growth.
What you will do
Drive social growth & traction
* Develop and execute our social media and content growth plans.
* Build awareness, engagement, community and ultimately drive app downloads and user acquisition.
* Stay ahead of trends, platform changes, algorithms, AI tools and emerging formats.
* Test ideas, formats and campaigns continuously to identify what creates real traction.
Create outstanding content
* Take ownership of content planning and creation across relevant channels.
* Create content yourself while maintaining a high creative standard across the team.
* Develop content and formats that people genuinely want to watch, share and participate in.
* Turn our product and technology into exciting, relevant and shareable stories.
Build community & creator relationships
* Build a genuine community around our brand—not simply an audience.
* Encourage participation, conversation and user-generated content.
* Identify, approach and work closely with relevant creators, influencers and ambassadors.
* Develop creative partnerships and campaigns that generate genuine traction.
