WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a
dynamic, proactive and talented person
to join our team and perform the following
tasks
:
- Design, operate and continuously improve enterprise observability and event management platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability and performance across complex environments.
- Build and maintain monitoring, alerting and event management capabilities, including dashboards, alert correlation, incident workflows and service health monitoring.
- Integrate observability platforms with ITSM, on-call and infrastructure systems through APIs, webhooks and automated workflows, supporting effective incident detection and response.
- Develop automation and platform improvements using scripting, Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD practices to reduce manual operations and improve platform efficiency.
- Onboard new applications, infrastructure and monitoring sources,



defining integration standards, data models, alerting requirements and end-to-end validation before production.
- Drive continuous improvement of observability and operations, including incident analysis, platform optimization, tool evaluation, documentation and collaboration with application and infrastructure teams.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Years' experience: minimum 3 years of experience in Observability, Monitoring, AIOps, SRE or related areas.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise observability and/or event management platforms.
- Strong experience with automation, integrations and incident management in complex IT environments.
- English: Professional working proficiency.
- Spanish: Native or bilingual proficiency.
