Key Responsibilities

Human Resources
- Manage the end-to-end
recruitment process
, from identifying hiring needs to sourcing, interviewing and onboarding new employees.
- Coordinate and improve
onboarding and offboarding processes
.
- Support employees throughout their lifecycle within the company.
- Maintain HR policies, procedures and internal documentation.
- Coordinate training, professional development and employee feedback initiatives.
- Support management with people-related and workforce planning activities.

Culture & Company Values
- Help define, promote and reinforce the
company's values and culture
.
- Support initiatives that ensure company values are reflected in day-to-day behaviours and ways of working.




- Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, collaboration and internal communication.
- Help maintain a strong company culture as the organisation grows.

Quality & Compliance
- Support and maintain the company's
Quality Management System (QMS)
.
- Coordinate the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of
ISO standards and certifications
.
- Support the preparation of internal and external audits.
- Maintain internal procedures, policies and quality documentation.
- Identify improvement opportunities and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Help ensure employees understand and follow the company's quality processes and procedures.

Health & Safety / PRL
- Coordinate
Occupational Health & Safety (Prevención de Riesgos Laborales – PRL)
activities together with external prevention services.
- Ensure the required PRL documentation is properly maintained.
- Coordinate mandatory training, risk
