As an SMB Sales Representative , you will play a key role in driving business growth by engaging with prospective and existing customers, identifying their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with leads and customers to foster engagement and drive sales opportunities.
Accurately updating and maintaining customer information and sales activities within the CRM system.




Achieving individual sales targets and contributing to overall team performance goals.
Ensuring service quality meets contractual objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Participating in initiatives designed to enhance customer satisfaction, improve sales performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet performance objectives.
Experience using CRM platforms and managing customer pipelines.
Native French and advanced level of English
- Have a solid Sales Background (outbound environment)
- Full time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Monday to Friday from 09:00 - 18:00
