As an Account Manager on our team, you will:

Achieving specific sales targets and maximizing sale opportunities on each and every call
Use non-scripted probing techniques to determine customer needs and offer the most appropriate product or service to address their needs
Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual sales goals and other Key Performance Indicators (‘KPIs’)
Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance




Answer billing questions by talking through components of customer accounts

High school diploma with six months of sales experience preferred
Skilled in multi-tasking; Able to rotate shifts, as needed
We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn. Native level of French plus advance level of English
- Have a solid Sales Background (outbound environment)
- Have strong communication and good computer skills
- Have pipeline management and forecasting experience

Full time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Monday to Thursday from 09:30 - 18:30 Friday 09:30 - 17:30
- Salary 21.376 euros gross/year + up to 5.500 euros gross/year in bonus + private medical insurance
