Who are we?
Bounce Force Studio is an independent game studio developing Project W , a fashion-driven fantasy RPG where clothing is more than visual design, it is a core part of the world's identity, characters, storytelling, and gameplay.
We are building a team of talented specialists who want the opportunity to have a meaningful creative impact on an original IP from an early stage.
What is the project?
Our primary project is a high-fashion fantasy RPG combining anime-inspired character design with more detailed, material-focused visual design.
Fashion is one of the game's defining pillars. Characters are designed around distinctive silhouettes, fabrics, construction, accessories, embroidery, layering, and visual storytelling.



We are looking for a fashion designer who can help us develop clothing that feels intentional and believable while still fitting within a fantastical game world.
This is not a traditional "game costume artist" position. You will have the opportunity to approach character clothing from the perspective of an presente fashion designer and help establish the fashion language of the game.
