Global Talent Management Partner (m/f/d)
About the Job
As a Global Talent Management Partner at Allianz Technology, you are trusted to act as a strategic talent partner for senior business stakeholders, talents, and talent advisory (Global HR Business Partners) teams via the delivery of skills and role-based succession pipelines providing internal and external talent options, enabling internal mobility, providing coaching, development opportunities, and ensuring governance and enablement of talent discussions.

What you do
- Partner with business leaders and Talent Advisors to translate business priorities and strategic workforce plans into actionable talent strategies.
- Ensure succession planning is an ongoing proactive strategic priority with clear internal & external talent options available to engage upon need.
- Accountable for the preparation, enablement of talent discussions across executive and non-executive population of assigned function in partnership with Functional Talent Advisors, local People & Culture teams and Group counterparts.




- Regular dialogue and coaching with internal talents, understanding motivation, mobility preferences, and development needs to unlock internal mobility at scale across functions, Operating Entities, and countries.
- In partnership with Group, other Allianz Operating Entities, and executive search colleagues, you build a pipeline and network of top talents beyond organizational boundaries. Championing talent marketplace/brokerage practices and mindset.
- Leverage AI and advanced technologies to re-imagine processes and deliverables, boosting experience, efficiency & quality across the talent management lifecycle.
- Establish integral standards, frameworks, and toolkits to ensure consistency, high-quality talent processes, and self-service driven practices. Ensure governance, implementation, and monitoring of key Group practices and KPIs for Allianz Technology.
