Now we are igniting the next stage: With our new, innovative concepts like STEINER-Vision, Pub&Go;, and The Good Brand Opticians, we are expanding worldwide. For our new international B2B digital team, we are looking for exceptional talents to build a fully digital acquisition machine.

Your Setup & Mission

Your workspace is located in an exclusive golf and lifestyle resort in the sunny south of Spain. Here, you will work without bureaucracy directly alongside our CEO, Matthias Kamppeter.

Key Responsibilities
- AI-Driven Performance Marketing: You don’t just create, you convert. You use AI tools (Claude, Veo, Lovable...) to create high-performing creatives, landing pages, system- and sales videos in record time – and integrate them directly into our performance campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and Google.
- B2B Lead Machine: You build, manage,



and optimize our paid campaigns to acquire new partner opticians. Your goal: Maximum reach and lowest CPL in our international target markets.
- Digital Sales Funnels: You build customer journeys and automations that digitally pre-qualify and close leads so strongly that our local teams only have to take over the onboarding process.
- International Scaling: When a funnel works, you scale it. You develop reproducible, data-driven acquisition channels for our integral expansion.

Your Profile
- Fluent English: Business fluent in spoken and written English.
- Performance Marketing DNA: Proven hands-on experience in managing budgets and campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. You live for ROAS and conversion rates.
- AI & Tech Affinity: Daily use of the latest AI workflows to create advertising materials faster, better, and more personalized.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proactive, independent, solution-oriented, and absolutely hungry for success.
