About the Role
We are working on behalf of an exciting and fast-growing Social Hospitality platform.
As a Customer Experience Specialist , you’ll be the voice of the brand—delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for customers across Europe.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Supporting customers across phone, email, chat, and social channels
- Delivering personalised interactions through empathy, active listening, and clear communication
- Guiding customers to the best solutions, ensuring a seamless experience
- Identifying recurring issues and sharing insights to improve processes
- Contributing to key KPIs such as customer satisfaction, quality,



and productivity
- Strengthening customer loyalty through exceptional, human-first service
