Your Role:
The Site Quality Head is responsible of managing the QA and QC departments, ensuring the compliance with the overall strategy of Quality. He/She is responsible of managing the department in terms of operations, projects, resources and policies.
Main responsibilities of the Site Quality Head are:
1. Ensure compliance with GMP regulations of conduct standards, ISO13485 requirements, ICH guidelines and Siegfried (Quality Manual),
as well as SOPs in all site operations.
2. Manage the QA/QC department.
3. Act as SPOC in all issues related to Global Quality of Siegfried. Responsible for implementation and compliance to the principles and practices of the Siegfried Manual.
4. Define, execute and monitor/adherence to the annual budget. Ensure the adequate use of human and economic resources in order to achieve the department goals in an efficient manner.
5. Encourage Quality Culture at the site and excellence in Quality Management Control at the site
6. Final responsible for ensuring the quality, safety and efficacy of products manufactured at the site.
7. Lead the implementation of Local Quality Plan, review of the Quality Management systems with the Site Leadership Team and with Siegfried Pharma Division.
8. Act as Medical Devices management representative having the associated responsibility and authority collected in the ISO13485 standa
