We are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Expert People Operations (m/f/d) to join our Valencia office. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced,



international environment where you will provide essential HR support across the employee lifecycle. You will run the operational backbone of HR for our people across eight offices - contracts, onboarding and offboarding, payroll coordination, and our HR systems and data. DTCP is small enough that you will see the whole employee lifecycle rather than one slice of it and own your part of it end to end. You report to the Manager People Operations and in addition, work closely with the Head of Strategy Office & Operations.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Run the employee lifecycle end to end, from recruitment and offer management through onboarding, contractual changes, compensation and performance cycles, payroll coordination and offboarding, ensuring accurate documentation, HRIS updates and compliant handling of employee data
Administer Personio as the firm’s HR system of record, ensuring employee data is accurate, complete, up to date and audit-ready across all entit
