Salary: $191,000 – $222,000/year

Job Summary
Lead Respiratory Therapy operations, staff, and patient care services in a hospital environment. Ensure high-quality, safe, compliant, and efficient respiratory care while supporting staff development and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage Respiratory Therapy teams, staffing, workflows, and daily operations.




* Oversee inpatient respiratory care for adult patients and Level III NICU.
* Implement clinical standards, protocols, and evidence-based practices.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and hospital requirements.
* Monitor quality, patient outcomes, productivity, and operational performance.
* Lead process improvement and resolve complex patient and service issues.
* Develop, coach, and support Respiratory Therapy staff.
* Manage resources, equipment, supplies, budgets, and staffing needs.
* Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care.

Must-Have Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of inpatient Respiratory Therapy management experience in a hospital environment; supervisory-only experience does not qualify.
* Experience with adult inpatient care and Level III NICU.
* Recent experience working in a union hospital environment.
* Minimum 7 years of Respiratory Therapy experie
