This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, using learning technologies, data, and stakeholder partnerships to ensure employees have access to relevant, engaging, and effective development opportunities. Learning innovation: Drive the adoption of modern learning approaches, technologies, and tools to enhance engagement and learning effectiveness.
Learning technology optimisation: Oversee the management and continuous improvement of learning platforms and systems, ensuring an effective and scalable learning experience.
