Global Commercial, a key sub-function within Care Enablement, plays a vital role in advancing Fresenius Medical Care’s mission to improve the lives of patients with chronic kidney disease. The team brings together Sales, Marketing,



Global Sales Excellence, and Integral Technical Operations, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality medical devices, technical services, and impactful commercial strategies across global markets.
Goal of function: As Marketing & MAHE Director CE Iberia, you lead the Marketing, Market Access, and Health Economics strategy across Spain and Portugal for the Care Enablement (CE) Business Unit, supporting the Critical Care, In-Center, and Home verticals. You drive market positioning, value communication, customer engagement, and access initiatives to support business growth and strategic objectives. You provide leadership and direction to the function, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, fostering a high-performing and innovative team, and driving the successful execution of Marketing and MAHE priorities across Iberia.
