The Position
As a Senior Principal Business Architect , you will define and maintain the architectural vision and strategy for the Roche organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and supporting the adoption and implementation of Roche’s Reference Architecture. Acting as the authority and guardian of the Reference Architecture, you will create comprehensive solutions, promote best practices, and ensure architecture components and building blocks are reusable, scalable, and align with established standards. Through collaboration across the organization, you will lead efforts to integrate applications and systems effectively,



drive innovation, and uphold the architectural integrity of Roche's customer-facing products. Furthermore, you will play a key role in advancing Roche’s common platform strategy by contributing to its scalability, reliability, interoperability, and alignment with the needs of digital medical products and engineering teams.
Main Tasks and Duties:
Act as a guardian of the Architecture roadmap and Reference Architecture for the Roche Ecosystem.
Collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers, Sales, Medical teams, Customer Area leads, Lifecycle leads, and other stakeholders to recommend scalable, reliable solutions.
Guide the technical solution process to seamlessly integrate different applications and systems using the standard components and building blocks of Roche’s Reference Architecture.
Support Development, Solution Architects, and Business teams to effectively deliver strategic outc
