The Fulfillment and Accreditation Manager will deliver seamless guest, staff, partner, and stakeholder experiences through ticketing, credentialing, accreditation, and fulfillment across the general MotoGP calendar. This role leads planning and execution across 20+ international events and acts as operational lead for credential printing systems, accreditation technology, physical fulfillment, and distribution.

- Optimization of systems, workflows, and physical fulfillment.
- Stakeholder feedback, collaboration, issue resolution, and on-site readiness.





Core Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end accreditation and fulfillment operations for 20+ MotoGP events annually.
- Manage credentialing workflows for staff, guests, vendors, media, hospitality clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Own timelines, submissions, approvals, audits, reporting, and distribution schedules.
- Lead accreditation systems, credential printing platforms, and related technology.
- Implement software, workflows, templates, SOPs, training materials, reporting, and documentation.
- Work with circuits, promoters, governing bodies, and security teams on accreditation compliance.
- Manage physical fulfillment, including inventory, quality control, shipping, distribution, package assembly, credential preparation, guest packages, and working credentials.
- Coordinate with creative and production teams on credential design, signage, and print assets.
