Role Overview

This is a year-round, on-site role built for someone who thrives across seasons and contexts. During the school year, you are the primary student support presence at your Education Center and the operational partner to the Education Center Director. You’ll manage a caseload of students and families with diverse needs, run ECA programming, and ensure the day-to-day life of the EC runs well.

You will collaborate between admissions, on-site life, and camp, ensuring that families experience Boundless as one coherent journey across the year. You’ll report primarily to your local Education Center Director and the Student Support Supervisor year-round.
