ROLE
We are looking for a Customer Operations Specialist with bilingual proficiency in Italian and a high level of English to join the Customer Care team of a well-established international company and European market leader in sustainable packaging and dining solutions. Based in Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona), your mission will be to ensure a seamless customer experience by managing orders, supporting clients, and coordinating with internal teams in a fast-paced, international environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Maintain and update customer data within the ERP system
- Act as the main point of contact for Italian-speaking customers
- Respond to inquiries related to products, deliveries, orders, and accounts
- Monitor stock levels, delivery timelines, and order status
- Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
- Recommend alternative solutions in case of stock or delivery constraints
- Handle customer complaints and claims, ensuring prompt resolution




- Support payment follow-up activities with internal finance teams
- Ensure customer records are accurate and up to date
- Provide operational and administrative support to field sales teams
- Contribute to delivering a high-quality customer experience

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- Bilingual proficiency in Italian
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Operations, Order Management, or similar roles
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proactive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and international environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
