Experteer Overview
In this role you will develop and maintain onboard aircraft performance tools and databases embedded in avionics across Airbus families. You’ll collaborate with a transnational Flight Physics team to translate user needs into software specifications, implement changes, and verify results. You will support end-users and manage software tools projects, while growing knowledge of Aircraft Performance processes. This is an opportunity to shape the tool landscape for safer, more efficient flight and to work across Airbus divisions and with key partners on impactful programs.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Capture user needs and translate them into objectives, software specs, and user stories
• Implement software modifications with support from an experienced subcontracting team
• Define acceptance criteria and perform software verification testing
• Provide user support by investigating and resolving issues in a timely manner




• Manage administrative and project tasks related to the software tools portfolio, including subcontracting
• Learn and understand business processes across Flight Physics to improve the tooling landscape

Responsabilidades
• Aeronautical, Industrial, or Software Engineering background
• Strong software development skills in Linux environments
• Experience with DevOps / CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Artifactory)
• English proficiency at an advanced level
• Ability to interact with local and transnational teams, subcontractors, and customers
